A Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 CrossFit Coach, and specialist Pre & Postnatal and Menopause Coach. After losing 25kg postnatally myself, I’m passionate about helping people get stronger, move better, and achieve lasting results through simple, sustainable fitness.
